Thank you for visiting and shopping at our Website (shop.mycustomhotwheels.com). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier for all domestic orders. International orders are also handled by Australia Post until they leave the country. We take no responsibility for issues with thrid party carriers but will always happily chase up your order for you. See the damages policy below but note that any damage done to your order during shipping will be handled by us. We do not take responsibility but we will replace the damaged stock. It’s the right thing to do after all – and we pride ourselves on having happy customers around the world.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates – DECALS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard rate for decals is $3 + 50c for each additional sheet that is ordered.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates – DIORAMAS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as they are based on weight
Standard dioramas are charged at $5 plus $2 for each additional diorama ordered.

Final costs are calculated at checkout

This Website -shop.mycustomhotwheels.com will happily ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses around the world 🙂

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

NO TRACKING IS PROVIDED! As standard all decals and dioramas are shipped as ‘card or document only’ and as such do not incur any import tax or duties. This also means that postage remains relatively cheap.
If you would like your order sent with tracking please contact us first as we will need to send you an updated invoice to cover the additional postage charges

Customs, Duties and Taxes

This Website (https://shop.mycustomhotwheels.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*as mentioned above, we do send all orders as ‘CARD ONLY’ so no import charges or taxes will be applied

Damages

This Website (https://shop.mycustomhotwheels.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. US! We will happily replace the damaged items for you at no charge to you

Note however that we take the utmost care in packaging all orders and have NEVER had any damage done to any stock during transit. Whilst we legally say ‘no responsibility is taken’ – if you find your order has been damaged during delivery then please contact us immediately and we will happily arrange a resend of your order. It might be the fault of the carrier but that does not mean you should miss out as well!
