Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes — in most cases, what you see is exactly what you’ll receive.

From time to time, I make small improvements to designs based on customer feedback. This means your order may include a slightly updated version that’s been refined for better results or easier application — so if anything, it’s an upgrade.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt is automatically emailed to the address you entered at checkout.

If you can’t find it, try searching your inbox for emails from mycustomhotwheels.com or check your spam/junk folder just in case.

Why is there no tracking provided for my order?

Because decals and paperboard dioramas are flat, they can be shipped as documents rather than parcels — which keeps shipping costs low.

Adding tracking requires sending the item as a parcel, which significantly increases international shipping costs. Instead of passing that cost on to you, I keep shipping affordable and simple.

How can I return an item?

Due to the nature of decals and paperboard dioramas, returns are generally not accepted — as return shipping costs are often higher than the value of the item.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with quality, I’ll absolutely make it right by resending your order at no cost.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Decals are designed and printed in-house, so they will always be available.

Dioramas, however, are professionally printed externally. While I do my best to stay ahead of demand, occasional stock shortages can happen. If an item is out of stock, it is usually restocked within 10 business days.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes — I ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location, but I aim to keep it as affordable as possible by using document-style postage where available.
